I welcome all individuals from different age groups. cultural backgrounds, family heritage, class, gender and sexual orientation. I graduated from University of Michigan with a bachelor degree in Psychology, and Columbia University with a master in Social Work. I am currently a licensed master social worker (LMSW).

I always hold the belief that you are the expert on your life. I will serve as a collaborator to help you with your growth and your life goals. When you are feeling low, sometimes it feels like being a small boat in the middle of the ocean, sailing in darkness and storms. You may feel dark, confused, fearful, and painful. You may think that you are not moving forward, but in fact, the sea is constantly bringing you forward. If you are at such a time and there is a moment when you are willing to find resources to assist yourself, please firstly appreciate and affirm yourself.
